| Project Brief: | Residential development of 21 flats. Five storey insitu RC frame with flat slabs, on a piled substructure. Mansard roof construction in loadbearing timber studwork and steel framing. Foundations are piled to guard against ground movement caused by water extraction from the underlying London Clay by adjacent mature trees. External retaining walls accommodate the changes in ground levels across the site. |
