| Project Brief: | Halstead Associates were appointed Project Coordinators following the successful negotiation and Planning Agreement on the adjacent Island Site. Halstead Associates provided full project coordination and structural services involved in site management and working with the Architect and Local Council in agreeing a Planning Permission on the 22 acre site for 426 residential units, a public house and community hall. In addition, Halstead Associates worked with the existing tenant to relocate and de-commission the existing factories and storage facilities. |
