A mixed development comprising 1000m2 of commercial (A3) space, 412m2 of office space and 2680m2 of residential accommodation, over 9 storeys. There are 28 flats, most with balconies, of which some are duplex apartments with roof terrace areas.

The building occupies a site surrounded by buildings on 3 sides at the rear of premises on Wandsworth High Street and incorporates office space linked to one of the existing occupiers.

Construction involved the demolition of existing structures, including cutting through interconnecting steelwork, and piled foundations incorporating a contiguous piled retaining wall to form a basement. The structure is mainly reinforced concrete, with a 2-storey timber frame structure built over the existing High Street buildings, and steel frame structure at roof level.
