| Project Brief: | Halstead Associates acted for International Investors as Project Coordinators, working closely with all Agencies to obtain Planning Permission on this 8 acre waterside site in Hampshire. The scheme is mix use incorporating residential units, both private and social, hotel and restaurants. Halstead Associates coordinated the team, including our in-house Structural Engineers to provide requirements to include ecology, flooding, archaeology and contamination, forming the Environmental Impact Assessment to support the Planning Application. The proposals, which have received Planning Permission, include a pedestrian link over the railway to connect to the Town Centre. |
