| Project Brief: | Refurbishment of existing Grade II Listed buildings fronting Bermondsey Street for offices, together with construction of a new four storey office block within the existing courtyard to the rear. A new glazed link with staircase connects the new and existing buildings. The offices are air conditioned and fitted out with ceilings and light fittings, carpets, toilets and tea points. The new block additionally has a passenger lift serving all floors. The courtyard is paved with car parking and bicycle storage facilities. |
