Project Coordinators
The Project Coordinator would coordinate the function of the development and the construction team to see that the objectives of the project are clearly defined and achieved. To carry out this role the Project Coordinator would lead and inspire an enthusiastic team spirit and provide the correct weighting to time, cost and quality at each stage of the project. This we would achieve by:
- Coordination and planning of projects from inception to completion.
- A focal point between the Client, the design team and the contractor.
- Identifying the Client’s objectives and translating them into a brief.
- Integration and control of the contributors to the project.
- An Evaluation of any alternatives that may be required to meet the client’s requirements.
