CDM Coordinators
Under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007, the client, by Law, must appoint a CDM Coordinator for most building projects of a commercial nature, together with some larger domestic projects.
Our Surveying Department is able to provide the service of CDM Coordinator in respect of Health & Safety ensuring the smooth running of the project.
This service is carried out liaising, as necessary, with the Health & Safety Executive, the Contractor and any other appointed Consultants.
