Our expertise
Since Donald Halstead founded the Practice in 1972 our fundamental objectives have been to give our clients a comprehensive service, to deal with client’s requirements promptly and efficiently and to treat all clients with equal importance.
Our expertise covers several areas of the building industry. For larger projects we are able to provide services in more than one field, ensuring a good level of communication and seamless transfer of information which may not always be possible when there are separate Consultants.
We know for a project to be successful we need to understand all the factors that are involved. We assess the client’s needs which include form, function, cost, budget and maintenance for the whole lifespan of the development to produce the most suitable economic solution.
The technical challenge pushes the boundaries of our knowledge and creativity which we find highly motivating; this gives us a chance to express our passion for design. We are a dynamic Practice who also believe that to be successful in work, we need to be successful out of work.
